Rail Romanesque S01

Located in Hinomoto, a fictional version of Japan where train travel has long been the most important mode of transportation. Each locomotive is paired with a humanoid control unit called a Railord, which assists the train operator. However, many rail lines have been discontinued due to the increasing popularity of "Aerocrafts," a convenient mode of air transportation. As a result, the accompanying Railords have also fallen into a deep sleep. Soutetsu lost his entire family in a train accident and was adopted by the Migita family, who run a shochu brewery in the city of Ooitoyo. He accidentally awakens the Railord Hachiroku and becomes its owner. With different goals, they agree to find their locomotive with the help of his adoptive sister, Hibiki, and Mayor Polta.
